TenantWise partnered with Exquisite Software to design, develop, and deploy their comprehensive property management ecosystem from the ground up.
Our engineering team took the product from initial concept to a production-ready institutional-grade platform, focusing on performance, scalability, and robust security. We designed and built the complete administrative console, including property and unit directories, double-entry financial sub-ledgers, and a granular staff roster permission system. To automate operations, we integrated Snappt and TransUnion for document screening, ADP and Plaid for real-time bank verification, and the Seam API for cross-brand smart lock PIN code management. We also engineered an automated late fee engine, HUD compliance recertification timelines, and unalterable system audit logs to ensure regulatory readiness.
